Negotiating bulk prices for equipment orders with suppliers on behalf of our clients


We work with many telecoms and maintain relationship with many suppliers. Therefore in cases where you know what you want to buy (either based on our advice or based on your requirements) and from which supplier we can negotiate more favorable prices for our customers if we put needs of several of our clients together and approach suppliers for the lower price based on volume. Of course in the process your privacy is still maintained and nor you or the other parties will ever know who was in the mixed order that enabled you the benefit of the lower prices you will enjoy. When we approach suppliers we require them to sign NDA and once prices are negotiated you make an agreement and order directly from supplier under common terms that we negotiated for all of our clients involved in the deal. Your identity will only be known to the supplier and not to our other clients. This part of our business started because it was practical in some cases but now this is an established service recognized by our clients.

This way of purchasing maintains your privacy but for suppliers it means that they are able to discount their prices based on larger volumes which means that sometimes you can afford technologies you would otherwise not be able to afford or that you will save significant money ordering technologies that you order anyway. To ensure that we can help you in best way possible this service is available only to our clients that already use our other services and regularly can not be ordered as a stand alone service. The benefit we provide with this service is savings for our clients. It is only fair that our fee is based on those savings as well. Our fee therefore will be a percentage of the amount you save compared to the price that you can get from the supplier when you contact them directly or of the price you were paying before we started negotiating for you. As always exact details are up for negotiation and each of our clients can work with us to find the solution that works best for both of us.
